I think MacRae Park has the most beautiful vista overlooking the city. It would be nice to capitalize on this area by creating a scenic overlook where people could enjoy this view, in possibly a more formal architectural setting. The area I'm thinking of has a picnic table there now. The area has a steep cliff that could be dangerous to people walking near the edge.
