The houses are historical and I love the natural style of the "Mission" or "Arts & Crafts" period of the early 1900's. I would tell them if they also feel comfortable with this period style...you couldn't choose a better neighborhood in the city of DesMoines ! The mature trees are beautifaul: like a park !

The neighborhood offers total convienience...close to downtown...close to the freeway. You can get to any destination in the city in less than 15 minutes!

I would tell them that the diversity of the neighborhood is a great asset. We have all nationalities and all ages, and we all get along beautifully. You could buy a very large home...or a very small home. All the homes are affordable and for the most part, well kept.

I would tell them that even though we have made great strides to reduce crime in the neighborhood...keep the police # very close...and call them when you see something happening.
